Every Reyou-to-You treatment begins the same way our in-clinic care does — with a thorough medical and psychiatric evaluation by our clinical team. Nothing is prescribed until we are confident it is safe and appropriate for you.
A standard treatment plan includes four sessions, with the option for two additional sessions if clinically appropriate.

You begin with a comprehensive evaluation at one of our clinics or via telehealth. Our team reviews your history, symptoms, and goals to determine whether at-home therapy is the right fit for you.
Medication Sent to You
Once approved, a injectable ketamine is sent directly to your home with clear instructions. You hold the medication until your integrator session is scheduled — it is never taken unsupervised.
Your Integrator Arrives
On the day of your session, a trained Reyou integrator comes to your home with everything needed. Your living room, bedroom, or any space where you feel comfortable becomes your treatment room.
Guided Session
Your integrator leads you through preparation, intention-setting, and the session itself. You take the medicine with a trained guide by your side — never alone. Vitals are monitored throughout.

No. Reyou-to-You is private pay. A standard plan of four guided sessions is $2,380, with the option of two additional sessions if clinically appropriate. Financing is available and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. If you need an insurance-covered option, Spravato and standard TMS at our clinics are covered by most plans.
After your evaluation, your medication is sent to your home: compounded ketamine for subcutaneous injection, and in some cases a nasal spray as well. Some of it needs to stay frozen and is taken out of the freezer about 30 minutes before your session. You hold it until your integrator arrives. During the guided session you give yourself the injection with your integrator beside you, and vitals are monitored the whole time.
Your integrator is trained in ketamine-assisted sessions and the Reyou Method. They set up your space, music, and any comfort items, guide preparation and intention-setting, stay with you through the session, monitor your vitals, and help you feel safe and supported. Afterward they lead the reflection and integration, and with your signed permission take notes to share with your therapist so our team can collaborate with them.
Every Reyou-to-You patient starts with the same medical and psychiatric evaluation as our in-clinic patients, at one of our clinics or by telehealth. You do not need a formal diagnosis to reach out. Nothing is prescribed until our clinical team is confident it is safe and appropriate for you.
No, not as a standard option. Most online ketamine programs mail troches that dissolve in the mouth. Only a fraction of the dose is absorbed that way, many people find the taste unpleasant, and even at high doses the experience rarely approaches what injectable ketamine provides. Reyou-to-You uses compounded ketamine by subcutaneous injection, which delivers a reliable dose. If you would rather avoid a needle, we use a nasal spray instead. Troches are available only on specific request.
