About Reyou
Care for the
Whole Person
A medically guided approach to Spravato® and ketamine therapy, rooted in experience and integration.
Why Reyou Exists
Reyou was created with a singular purpose
To reduce human suffering by helping people reconnect with clarity, presence, and a sense of ease. Not by becoming someone new, but by returning to who they were before life’s weight, stress, and trauma obscured it.
Reyou was founded from a deeply personal place.
After more than a decade of contemplative practice and studying the mind firsthand, our founder experienced a severe period of depression following the COVID era. Traditional antidepressant treatments failed to bring relief. Ketamine therapy, however, produced a profound shift — the mental fog began to lift, revealing a clarity and ease that had felt unreachable for years.
That experience made one thing clear: powerful medicine matters — but how it is delivered, understood, and integrated matters just as much.
It’s not a re-do. It’s a Reyou.
We’ve delivered thousands of medical treatments. Every session includes integration support. Calm care and full clinical oversight throughout. Private environments for your comfort. Serving in Howell Township & South Plainfield, New Jersey.

Our Philosophy of Care
At Reyou, we don’t see Spravato® or ketamine as isolated treatments or one-off interventions. We approach care as a complete process — one that begins before treatment, continues through the experience itself, and extends into how insights are carried into daily life.

Care as a Process
Medicine can open the door. Healing requires guidance, understanding, and follow-through.
Treating the Whole Experience
We blend science, psychology, and awareness. We treat the emotional, cognitive, and relational dimensions of suffering.
Aiming for Lasting Change
Our approach is designed to support meaningful, lasting change, not temporary relief alone.
How we treat
Structured, Thoughtful, & Human Care
Thoughtful Evaluation
Every patient begins with a careful clinical evaluation. We take time to understand symptoms, treatment history, goals, and concerns before recommending any path forward. If a treatment is not appropriate, we are honest.
Supported Sessions
During treatment, patients are supported by a medically supervised team in calm, private clinical spaces. Monitoring, comfort, and emotional steadiness are treated as equally important.
Collaborative Integration
After treatment, integration becomes central. We help patients reflect, stabilize insights, and translate changes into daily life.
Healing is not rushed.
It is supported, step by step.
Experience and scale
What Experience Teaches
Experience matters most in care that involves altered states of consciousness.
Thousands of treatments
Years of guiding patients through ketamine and Spravato® sessions. That experience is not measured only in numbers, but in pattern recognition.
Pattern recognition
Understanding how different people respond, how experiences unfold, and how subtle factors can influence safety, comfort, and meaning.
Restraint as a skill
Not every moment needs interpretation. Not every sensation needs intervention. Knowing when to reassure, when to support, and when to simply allow space.
Interdisciplinary leadership
Medical doctors and psychiatric nurse practitioners with deep familiarity with ketamine, Spravato, and their interaction with other conditions and medications.
Psychological integration
Alongside medical expertise is an extensive background in contemplative practice and psychological integration, which informs how we understand and support inner experiences.
Each treatment is approached with humility, attentiveness, and care — informed by experience.

Who we are
Our Team & Expertise
Reyou is built around an interdisciplinary clinical team with experience across medicine, psychiatry, psychology, and contemplative practice. Our clinicians specialize in Spravato and ketamine therapy and have supported thousands of treatments with careful medical oversight and continuity of care.
When appropriate, we collaborate with outside therapists, psychiatrists, or primary care providers. Healing does not happen in isolation, and coordinated care often leads to deeper and more lasting change.
Dr. Solomon Morgenstern brings over 20 years of clinical experience to his role as Medical Director at Reyou. A graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology Faculty of Medicine, he is a board-certified emergency medicine physician affiliated with Jersey Shore University Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health.
His extensive background in emergency medicine gives him a deep command of IV protocols, acute patient care, and the precise dosing that ketamine therapy demands. Dr. Morgenstern’s transition into ketamine-assisted treatment was driven by a passion for healing that goes beyond stabilization, helping patients access lasting relief from depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
At Reyou, he oversees all clinical staff and ensures every patient receives care that is both medically rigorous and deeply compassionate.
Robert believes healing is possible — even when it feels like everything else has been tried.
As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Robert brings nearly a decade of hospital-based experience to his work at Reyou. His clinical foundation was forged at Richmond University Medical Center, where he cared for patients across medical-surgical, telemetry, and critical care settings — developing a deep understanding of how profoundly physical and mental health are intertwined. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University, with advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use.
Robert’s path to ketamine therapy is rooted in both science and purpose. Drawn to its rapid-acting antidepressant properties and remarkable ability to offer relief where traditional treatments have fallen short, he is committed to providing care that is safe, evidence-based, and genuinely transformative. His approach blends neuroscience-informed practice with deep empathy — honoring both the complexity of the brain and the resilience of the human spirit.
At Reyou, Robert’s mission is simple: to help each patient release what’s holding them back, reset the mind, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Nicholas has always been drawn to the moments that matter most — when someone is at their lowest and needs more than just a clinical response. They need someone who truly shows up.
Nicholas’s journey into psychiatric care began with a foundation built on discipline and drive. A student-athlete who competed in cross country and track at La Salle University — where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing — he carried that same determination into the Emergency Department at Bayshore Medical Center. It was there, on the front lines of mental health crises, that his calling became clear. He transitioned into the crisis unit, immersing himself in the full spectrum of psychiatric emergencies and developing the kind of calm, compassionate expertise that can only come from experience.
That commitment to going deeper led Nicholas to Monmouth University, where he pursued advanced practice education in psychiatry and became a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has since given back to the field as a mentor and preceptor for new nurses, and has contributed to safety and quality initiatives at both the hospital and network levels.
Outside the clinic, Nicholas recharges the way he heals others — with intention and presence. You’ll find him hiking with his dog, biking, surfing, or doing what matters most to him: spending time with the people he loves.
At Reyou, Nicholas brings his whole self to every patient interaction — the athlete, the crisis-trained clinician, the mentor — because he knows that getting someone back to themselves takes more than medicine. It takes connection.
Tanisha has spent over two decades showing up for people in their hardest moments — and she's just getting started.
With a career that spans emergency, trauma, critical care, and behavioral health, Tanisha brings a rare depth of clinical experience to every patient she serves. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults — meeting each person exactly where they are, whether they’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, or complex mood disorders. Tanisha's approach is rooted in the belief that no two healing journeys look the same. That’s what drew her to the forefront of innovative psychiatric treatment, including IV ketamine therapy and Spravato — because for patients who haven’t found relief through traditional treatments, a new path forward can change everything.
Beyond her clinical work, Tanisha serves as an Adjunct Professor of Nursing, mentoring the next generation of practitioners and instilling the same values that define her own care: strong clinical judgment, genuine presence, and an unwavering focus on the whole person.
At Reyou, Tanisha’s mission is what it has always been — to help each patient release the weight they've been carrying, rediscover emotional stability, and step back into a life that feels like their own again.
Lisa has spent her career at the intersection of clinical care and human possibility — and that journey has brought her to Reyou.
After more than 20 years leading behavioral health organizations across New Jersey, Lisa has seen what happens when people finally find the right support — and what’s lost when they don’t. That understanding is what shapes everything she does at Reyou.
As a LCSW, Lisa has always led from both the heart and the mind. At Reyou, she works primarily behind the scenes to make sure the clinical, operational, and human pieces all come together — so that when someone is ready to take the first step in their healing, everything is in place to meet them there. Lisa is passionate about expanding what’s possible in mental health care. She believes we are at a genuine turning point in how mental health is understood and treated.
For Lisa, the most meaningful measure of her work is the moment a patient realizes that something has shifted. That relief is real. That Reyou is a place where transformation isn’t just promised - it’s felt.
Michael’s path to founding Reyou began with a personal exploration of consciousness, meditation, and the nature of healing. Through years of deep study and practice, he came to understand that the mind holds extraordinary capacity for transformation when given the right support.
As a serial entrepreneur, Michael has spent his career building ventures that challenge convention and create meaningful impact. With Reyou, he brought that same vision to mental health, driven by a belief that treatments like ketamine and Spravato can reach the people who need them most, especially those who have tried everything else.
Reyou reflects what Menachem cares about most: making powerful, evidence-based treatments accessible in a setting that feels safe, human, and genuinely healing.
What distinguishes Reyou is not just training or credentials, but perspective. Our team understands altered states, emotional openness, and insight as part of the therapeutic process. Rather than rushing past these experiences, we support them with steadiness and skill, helping patients make sense of what arises and carry it forward.

Who This Care Is For
Reyou works with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — often after trying approaches that haven’t brought lasting relief.
Our care may be a good fit for those who are:
Carrying depression, anxiety, trauma, or intrusive thoughts.
Seeking care that goes deeper than symptom management.
Open to engaging actively in your healing — before, during, and after.
Ready for thoughtful guidance and follow-through.
We are intentional and transparent when our care doesn’t feel appropriate. In those cases, we guide people toward alternatives that better serve them.
Care at Reyou begins with honesty — about what we can offer, and about what will truly be supportive.

If you’re exploring care that gets to the root of the suffering and doesn't just treat the symptoms - the next step is simple, take one!
